I came into contact with someone who translated this Junji Ito book. Desperate to read it, I said I could try to scanlate the thing, and I did. I had never done such a thing in my life. I have a newfound respect for the people who do this sort of thing professionally or for fun, cause FUCK is it hard.

I got one freelance job doing that kind of editing for a yaoi manga - taking out Japanese text and putting in the English script (including all SFX). Oh god, it was torturous. :(
